Through contact and preliminary-assessment forms, we may collect names, contact details, country of residence, service interests and general background information you choose to provide. This website instructs users not to upload highly sensitive identity, financial or immigration documents through general forms.
Why we collect it
To respond to inquiries, understand the requested service, arrange consultations, provide requested resources and maintain necessary business records.
Forms and hosting
This build is configured for Netlify Forms if deployed on Netlify. Your final policy should identify the actual hosting provider, form processor, email provider, scheduling service, analytics tools and any other third parties that receive data.
Retention
Retention approach: inquiry and lead information may be kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a longer period is required for an active client file, legal obligation or professional recordkeeping duty. Retention periods should be reviewed periodically against legal and professional obligations.
Sharing
Do not sell personal information. Identify any service providers or regulated professionals with whom information may be shared, the purpose, and the safeguards used.
Security
Use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Sensitive client files should use a secure process appropriate to the service rather than ordinary web forms.

Travel intake form email delivery
When you request the travel intake form, we collect only the email address you provide, an optional first name and your preferred email language. The backend uses that information to send the requested Word form and to notify our business inbox that a travel lead requested it.
The public request form does not collect the medical, criminal, financial or other sensitive answers contained in the full intake document. Do not upload a completed intake form through the public contact form. We will provide the appropriate return instructions separately.
