Regulated Canadian immigration services
Paid Canadian immigration advice and representation are regulated. Any such service must identify the properly authorized representative and be governed by the required professional and retainer obligations.
User responsibility
Users must provide truthful information and remain responsible for reviewing information submitted in their name. Integrity will not assist with false, altered or misleading documents or declarations.
Fees, refunds and cancellations
The consultation fee is XAF 150,000 for up to 60 minutes. Refund, cancellation and rescheduling rules are set out in the linked policy and should be reviewed against the final payment process before public payment is enabled.
Travel services
Where travel planning or booking support is provided, define whether Integrity acts as an advisor, booking intermediary or other role, and state supplier terms, change/cancellation rules and insurance recommendations as applicable.
Intellectual property
Website copy, brand elements and original resources are protected to the extent provided by law. Government materials and third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Governing law
The governing jurisdiction must be added after the contracting business entity and location are finalized.
