Cancellation & rescheduling

Simple terms, known before payment.

This policy sets out booking, rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival and refund rules for consultations. It should receive legal review before public launch.

REVIEW BEFORE COMMERCIAL LAUNCH: tailor this policy to your payment methods, jurisdiction and professional obligations before accepting public bookings.

Fee and confirmation

The consultation fee is XAF 150,000 for a 60-minute session. A booking is confirmed only after payment and appointment confirmation are received.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before

You may request one no-fee reschedule or cancel for a refund of the consultation amount. Any genuinely non-recoverable third-party payment processing charge may be deducted only if it was clearly disclosed before payment and the deduction is legally permitted.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment

The consultation fee is normally non-refundable. We may allow one reschedule for a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstance using reasonable discretion.

No-shows and late arrivals

A no-show without notice is normally non-refundable. If you arrive late, the consultation still ends at the scheduled time so later clients are not affected. If the delay makes the consultation impractical, a new booking may require a new fee.

If Integrity Travel & Consulting cancels

If we must cancel, you may choose a no-fee reschedule or a full refund of the consultation amount received.

Technical problems

If a major connection or platform failure prevents the consultation, we will arrange a replacement session without an additional consultation fee where the failure was not caused by the client.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned, where possible, through the original payment method. Actual timing depends on the bank, mobile-money operator or payment provider.

No outcome guarantee

Payment covers professional time and the agreed service. It does not guarantee a visa, permit, admission, job, invitation, permanent residence or any government decision.

Regulated immigration services

Where a consultation includes paid Canadian immigration advice or representation, the authorized professional, licence number and regulator must be identified in the applicable service agreement before the regulated service is delivered.
